The following shall be deemed to be the principle objectives of BB Helping Hand Foundation Trust. The Trust can pursue any activity or group of activities or all the activities as per the decision of the board."

The Trust shall be an irrevocable public charitable organization for public benefit without any discrimination based on caste, creed, color, gender, religion, faith, race, or nationality. In case any of the objects of the Trust are held to be non-charitable within the meaning of Section 2(15) of the Indian Trusts Act, or any statutory modifications thereof, the Trustees shall not carry out such objectives. The Annual General Meeting of the Trust shall be held once a year".
